General advice

General advice to young generation 21.10.2013 1. Unless you have urgent and important matters, try not to go to bed beyond 12 p.m. Surf the net and you will find ample literature on when our body detoxicate during sleep. You will not feel it when you are young if you frequently burn midnight oil. However when you grow older, you will see the effect. 2. If you wake up at 11.00 am, by the time you have your breakfast, half the day (waking time) is gone. A lot of things can be done in the morning. 3. Health is very important to us. Try to do exercise at least 3-4 times a week. A healthy body will give us an active and productive mind. Mum does her yoga 2/3 times a week whereas I go swimming 2/3 times a week and play futsal once a week. 4. Drink occasionally but never get drunk. You will regret all the things you did or said when drunk. 5. Make friends when you don’t need them. Do make friends with your class and school mates. You will find them useful in future.
