1. Introduction

#1 Solo leader is an illusion. Building a community of leaders.
#2 All teams are bound to fail, unless we put in time, effort & energy.
#3 All teams can be great, only when we become emotionally engaged not just functionally effective.

2. META great team model

    a) Teamwork is a consequence, not a cause.
    b) Teamwork is a confluence of 4 factors

         i) Transforming leadership;
         ii) Enhance relationship;
         iii) Aligning roles & responsibilities;
         iv) Managing processes & systems.

3. Breaking up a team

    a) Moral & integrity failure;
    b) Insecure leaders;
    c) Incommunicable leaders;
    d) Past-oriented leaders.

4. Building a team

    a) attend to personal life. Strengthening values;
    b) Guard your esteem needs;
    c) Refresh vision, values & goals;
    d) Be transformational leaders

         - Systematic abandonment of yesterday, of the obsolescent and obsolete, of the unsuccessful and of the already attained.
